Placing an Order

You must be 18 to order from this website. Once you have selected your items and added them to your cart, click on Go to Checkout.


If you choose to pay by card, your transaction will be handled by Paypal on their secure website.

Once your payment is complete and you have been returned to our website a receipt will be sent to your e-mail address by Paypal.


If you choose to pay by bank transfer, checkout your order then send the trransfer to the details as shown on your order and displayed below.


You will also receive a confirmation of your order from us.


Our contract with you begins when we send your order confirmation.


We will then pick and pack your order.


We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment.


Please note all orders are despatched by 1st Class Royal Mail or DPD depending on weight.


Please check the order confirmation carefully. If you notice any discrepancies please notify us immediately.

Delivery Charges

We charge according to the size and weight of your order. Small orders of one or two light items start from £2.


All are sent using Royal Mail 1st class unless they weigh over 2kg then they are sent via DPD.


For orders to international addresses,  please note the postage costs covers shipping and packaging only. You are responsible for any fees, duties, charges and delays via customs. International shipping is subject to certain restrictions on destinations and goods. If there is a problem we will contact you via email.


Out of stock items

Items which are out of stock can not be added to your basket. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you. We endeavour to replenish stocks as soon as possible. If you require something specific please e-mail us and we will do our best to help.

Payment

Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Once you receive your goods you have 7 days from the day after you receive them to cancel.


Please contact us before you return any goods.


Goods no longer required, wrong items ordered.


Should you wish to cancel your order because you have ordered the wrong items or no longer want the goods, please return all items to us in a saleable condition. We may only offer a refund of 50% for any opened items that are not faulty or damaged. You must pay any postal charges for items returned that are not faulty or damaged. You must return any unwanted goods to us within 14 days of receipt.


Please note it is your responsibility to ensure any goods returned to us are in a saleable condition. We recommend obtaining a free proof of postage from the Post Office so you can claim from them in the event that the package goes missing.


Faulty Goods


In the event that your goods are supplied damaged or faulty, please e-mail us or write to us within 7 days. We will arrange to replace or refund any damaged or faulty items.
