PEARLESCENT COLOURS look clear in the jar, but create a smooth pearlescent shimmer when reflected in light. The strength of shimmer can be adjusted by varying the base colour. These images are are printed on black to show their strongest effects. TECH TIP: These powders are transluscent and when embossed they are affected by the colour underneath.
